104學年大學部、研究所新生開學典禮暨入學講習於10、11日上午在紹謨紀念體育館舉行。連續兩日在典禮開始之前，校長張家宜依循傳統，率學術副校長葛煥昭、行政副校長胡宜仁、國際事務副校長戴萬欽和各行政、教學單位主管，帶領5千餘位參與之新鮮人登上132階的克難坡，此為每位新生體會「樸實剛毅」的開始，準備迎接即將展開的精采大學生活。大傳一蘇筱晴說：「登克難坡比想像中輕鬆許多，我覺得這是個有特色的傳統。」（文／蔡晉宇、攝影／林俊廷）
As tradition, Tamkang University begins the school year with the Ke Nan Hill climb on September 10th and 11th. At 7:50am a large crowd of 5000 freshman students were lead by President Flora Chia-I Chang, Vice President of Academics, Huan-chao Keh, Vice President of Administration, Yi-jen Hu, Vice President of International Affairs, Wan-chin Tai and first and second level administrators of every department.
