The College of Foreign Languages and Literature held an event on January 6th to celebrate the publication of its language book, “Talking Tamsui.” In attendance was President Flora Chia-I Chang (first row fourth on the left), Vice President of Academic Affairs, Huan-chao Keh (front row fifth on the left), Vice President of International Affairs, Wan-chin Tai and first and second level administrators.
